Is there free parking?
Yes enclosed free parking at the rear of the building for complete privacy.
Is there wheelchair access?
The Castletown counselling room is located on the upper floor and is accessed via stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, we are fully committed to accessibility and are delighted to offer premium face-to-face sessions at our fully accessible Douglas location.
How are payments made?
Payments are via bank transfer 24 hours prior to session start time. Cash is accepted by agreement during consultation.
Are you open at weekends?
Late afternoon/early evenings on Saturday & Sunday’s in Castletown by appointment only.
