A boutique Isle of Man consultancy delivering practitioner-led operating model and systems transformation for regulated financial services, primarily banking and corporate service providers. Founded by Ben Wilde and Steven Quayle, who architected and built the Isle of Man's first new bank in over 35 years and still the island's only fully digital corporate bank. Every process designed, every system selected, every regulatory requirement navigated from a blank sheet, as the accountable individuals for the bank's compliance model.

What we do

Diagnose what is actually holding a regulated business back, then build the roadmap to fix it: Current-state assessment across systems, process and data Client record and data architecture: system of record vs system of engagement KYC/AML, CRA and periodic review operating models Regulatory remediation and compliance programmes Vendor and technology selection, with prototype validation before budget is committed Board and SteerCo-level risk advisory

How we work

Root cause, not symptoms. Evidence a board can act on, rather than assumptions about how the business runs. We prefer to start small on a focused workpiece rather than a large upfront commitment. Our credibility is lived, not theoretical. We have been inside these organisations and mapped what we found: systems with no unified architecture, siloed data capture, no single client record, regulatory reporting held together by key individuals rather than reliable process. We have contributed to the Island's National Risk Assessment working party ahead of MoneyVal, so we know the standard the regulator will actually apply.
