Horizon EMS

About

Horizon EMS Limited is an independent ambulance and medical services company based on the Isle of Man, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We operate emergency ambulances and provide professional, friendly and flexible support for events, patient journeys and first aid learning.

Event medical cover We provide on-site medical cover for motorsport, sporting fixtures, community events, festivals and private functions. Our trained crews bring emergency ambulances and suitable equipment, and we work with organisers to agree a cover plan that fits the size, location and type of event.

Patient transport and repatriation Our 24/7 service offers non-emergency patient transport for people who need extra support to travel safely and comfortably, including journeys to appointments, hospital visits and trips home. We also arrange repatriation, helping patients return to the Isle of Man from hospitals and care settings elsewhere, and supporting journeys off the Island. Patients travel in one of our ambulances with a trained crew who look after them with care, dignity and respect.

First aid training We deliver practical first aid training for workplaces, clubs, schools, community groups and individuals. Sessions are hands-on and tailored to the people attending, so learners feel confident to act in an emergency.

Who we serve Event organisers, sports and motorsport clubs, businesses, schools, charities, community groups, families and individuals across the Isle of Man.

Why choose us We are locally based, available around the clock and easy to work with. We listen to what you need and we take safety seriously.
